Database

Hey I was wondering if anyone could help me out a bit.

Basically I want to convert my phpbb to vbulletin and I have Impex for it but I need to know my database name and all the information. Where do I find the info?

You can't get any info, since forumotion does not allows transfer of database.

Yes there is no way to get any info from the DB, forumotion has all rights to prevent you from accessing it, and they are preventing you from accessing it.
They will not let you get any data either, not at any price.

Well that sucks! I have a 3 year old forum with 125703 messages and 571 registered users. All I wanted to do is get a little more control over the forums. vBulletin has these hacks for accessing a forum only by a certain amount of posts, also where a user has to read a certain section before accessing it. I don't know if they have them for php but if so please let me know

WTH? How are the forums made then? I thought forums were made of php?

Also I meant to say phpbb2 sorry.

Forumotion makes their own forums with their codding.
