Can someone please tell me what the head and head tag is???

where is your logo on the custom page use after <HEAD> or before </HEAD>

Code:: <link rel="icon" href="URL OF the image" type="image/x-icon"> <link rel="shortcut icon" href="URL OF the image" type="image/x-icon">

add that in the <head>"code goes here"</head> section of your page

Replace the 'your url' part with the actual location of the ico file.

Where it says Forum Main Logo: i have just copied the URL into that box and saved it and my forum logo is on the main page

there you can add the forum logo only i gave you code for the custom page making if you want to add a favicon on your whole forum

go to Admin Control Panel---->General---->Configuration(option of forum category)----> put favicon image link in the favicon field given there named as Forum favicon :

Ok..i see that..one other thing...when i download the Favicon image..how do i get the code out of the image on my desk top???

what image you want bro

if you are using Firefox from wher you download the image see the image and rightclick on it and then click copy image link it will copy the link of the image then you can put that link as an favicon
