Download links to illegal softwares, movies, games is not allowed. Your forum can be taken down for posting illegal stuff.

oops i didnt know that >,<
i just deleted the download links i was having at the forum

the only links i got now are utube links and links 4 dl map/mods maked by players
i dont think this is ilegal

YouTube is okay. Download maps/mods maybe, I would just remove them if I were you.

hmmm the forum is maked for players of a game ..
the maps/mods are maked by players the filles are not copyrighted or something

In a nutshell anything you have to pay for or is illegal you cannot put on. Torrent No!

Umm the links i add in my forum are megaupload filefront or mediafire
but i think it is fine
because this sites do not allow posting of movies or etc
im adding only links where are only maps /mods for a game

community made maps (ie those made for TF2,CSS, or other games or whatever), or mods which are again community made/free. Community members want them to be distributed (unless they otherwise specify so), i know, i've made some maps and skins for games.

check the license of whatever ur linking to.

Links to fpsbana for example are ok.

Torrents or file host are not illegal or break any TOS.
but depending what the content is on or in them could be?
if you are trading or sharing things that break copyrights or something offensive or pornography. then you would be in breach of TOS.

so as long as your not breaking any laws or copy right infringement you can have torrents or links to file's from file host on your forum.Just be sure not to have anything that violates TOS and you OK Smile
