How to make an offsite blog my homepage?

Right, i know how to put it in my navigation bar BUT.

If i had say, a blogger.com blog, and wanted to use it as my forums homepage how would i go about setting it up to do such job?

(obviously it will have forumotion.com link in it too, BUT i don't know how i would do it.

The blog has links to forumotion, my forum, our myspace|facebook pages and a link to our interviews, but i now need this page to be used as a homepage for the forum.

To answer your question, you need to create a new html page( embed that webpage of blog) & make it as a homepage.
