I wonder, can I remove the adds under the banner? If it possible, could anyone tell me how?

That thing makes me a little annoyed.

you need to pay to get them removed
its 100 credits for a month

go to your admin panel -> misc -> buy points -> spend points

As Jalokim suggested, that's the only way to do it but you can can make them only viewable by guest. Navigate to General>> Configuration>> Activate ads>> Guest.
