Are you an administrator on the forum? If so:

ACP > Users & Groups > Group administration > Click the next to the group you want to be removed from > Click on your name(check the little box to the right) and then press Removed selected

All you got to do is go to Groups in the navigation bar and click the group you are in and click your box and click remove member. Then go to the group you want in the group window.
