I can't see anyway to change group permissions. Empty I can't see anyway to change group permissions.

I understand how to add a group and how to go to the group's permissions page. I even understand that there is a button to go to the advanced permissions. But when I go to the advanced permissions page, I don't see anyway to change the permissions. There aren't any boxes that I can check or anything like that.

Is there something I'm missing or doing wrong?
