IP address

I might have to ban a member who persistently winds other members up and spoils what is a very good forum..

I have looked at the IP of this member and others see if I have this right and there seems to be loads of IP address that they use or is there a particular place I can get his that I need...

Your help in this matter is as always appreciated......

that is fine once I do that will he be able to come back on with another name and a new IP address..

Sorry to sound thick (some say I am) but is there a loop hole like that where he can come back on or once you ban all his IP address that is it..

The user will of cause be able to come back under a new user name and a new IP Address.

All you can do is keep on banning his IP address' and keep banning his usernames'
