Dream team

Hi guys,

My forum was set up so that people can predict results of games. However I have recently thought about creating a dream team code but I have no idea on how to write the code.

What I want to do is...

- Members are able to drag and drop players into their team from a database of players.
- They will have a certain amount of money to spend on player and will have a budget.
- Automatic updates
