Same Issue AGAIN Can't Moderate (Tech Help urgently)

I'm sick and tired of this now. I posted this same exact problem on this support forum once before, and now it appears to be up here again. Whenever I try to moderate a thread, it always says 'Your session has expired'. I used all of my browsers, refreshed the page, go back to the previous page, and did everything, yet I still cannot moderate. I resynched the forum, I backed it up, I did everything I possible could- and still no luck. This is just bull. I can't even moderate my own forum. Another issue I am having is accessing the Administration Panel; whenever I try to access it and navigate through it, it always brings me back to the 'Home' tab. I can never do anything. However, I am able to use the administration panel while on IE, but that doesn't mean I have to access IE everytime I want to administrate once simple, little thing. I'm tired of this and it has gone way to far. I have to rely on my own moderators to moderate everything for me. That is just pitiful and pathetic, and I'm sure everyone on here agrees with that. This issue isn't even a bug; it's been going on for so long until now, it has drived me to pull my hair out. I don't care what help it would take from user help to tech help, I just need help with this issue and get this situation fixed as of now.

Even if I'm not Typlo, I have a question : Are you a AOL user ? It seems to be the case since I see your AIM field filled. And according to my experience as ex-staff, AOL is known for its compatibility issues when it comes to sessions because of the proxy usage, and btw, I don't recommend it (in addition, its respect of Web standards is even worse than IE6 who's already obsolete...).

Okay, now that I know that works, here's my issue - maybe someone can help.

Last month our forum administrator left the board and handed all of her information over to another member. Today we entered the board to find that it seems to have reverted to a date of 1/28/09, the moderator doesn't have admin rights anymore and all of our posts are showing as new. My post count which is over 20,000 is appearing as just over 14,000, all of our avatars are gone and our signatures have all reverted to what they were in January. What should we do?

As I suspected... This comes from AO-Hell AOL. Use IE or Firefox instead, this kind of issue with AOL Explorer isn't new at all. In the past, there were reports about access problems to the restoration utilities and to the admin panel who have the double-login security enabled, and all those issues happened only with AOL users.

Well, according to the person whom is having the trouble it is NOT fixed

It's a bug, I experienced this before.

If it happens again, try re-assigning the permissions.
