custom rank?

Hi,

I was wondering how to give ONE individual member a custom rank? or where my ranks are (under the avatar) add a line saying

'Graphic Designer Leader' or something?

Something to distinct them from the group? How can I do this?

How would you edit the 'title of the rank' then? Because on my forum it says

Graphic Designer
[Image of GFX designer rank]

if you get me ? How can I edit the text?

Thanks it helped but not exactly What I was looknig for. I instead created a new rank with the same image but different title and assigned it to that staff member.
