Problems with signatures

Hello

My members have asked me to attach custom made signatures for them.

I have entered the signatures in the profiles, made sure the 'always attach signatures' is checked and also the 'allow signatures' for all members.

But the signatures will not show in the posts, it is just blank.

I have managed one for myself and my moderator but not for my members.

What has gone wrong?

Allow HTML > Yes
Allow BBCode > yes

If it doesn't work, give us a pic of the problem.

Where do I find those 2 things?

I upload a signature and the signature doesn't show in the members posts. What can I send a pic of?

Administration Panel=>General=>Messages and Emails=>Configuration=>Allow BB code=>Yes.
Allow html=>Yes=>Save.

Thanks, I've just checked and they are ok, everyone else's signatures are fine. It is just the 2 members who have asked for them tonight.

In their profiles I have checked 'always allow signature' but in their reply posts the signatures are not showing unless I manually tick the signature box under the reply box. Everyone else's are automatic.

I don't understand it. this problem has only occurred this evening. Must be a blip. I'll look again tomorrow, something might be stuck somewhere I guess.

When you click on Post Reply, down you have "Options", does they have this option marked?

Now that's interesting. Despite the fact that their profiles have 'always attach signature' checked, when I looked at their posts the box you have highlighted was not checked.

If I check it the signature shows in just that post but not in any of their other ones.

The other members signatures show up automatically in every post. this problem is just with the 2 I have added signatures to tonight.

Can you put your forum in profile?I'll register, attach one signature and i'll see if i meet the same problem

I have admin activated registration for security reasons.

Well, copy your forum adress, and put in your profile(here).
Profile=>Contact field=>Forum(Forumotion Only!).
