Can Someone Walk My Friend Through the Utilities?

A friend of mine has a site that was hacked but she doesn't know how to use the Utilities. She managed to get through the password and Login thing but after that, she has no idea what to do. Can someone help walk her through it?

No. She got past that part but now since the hackers have her founder account, she needs to know how to modify it so she can get it back. Can someone give me instructions on how to do that so I can pass them to her?

That topic provides all the info.

You can hit Full Back Up before the so called hackers came and then change her info ASAP.

She must restore the forum before the hackers got it.

OK, she tried modifying the founder account and then pressing full backup but she says she can't change the founder account. Can anyone help with this?

When she connect to the utilities, she have "Edit creator's informations"=>New password.
She must change the password, and after that she can do the ful backup.

Well, when she change the password, she can enter in the forum/administation panel/etc.
And now she can make the backup.

Use the Orgainal Password and Username before they hacked the forum.

i cant log on my forum i think that i have hackers and i cant delete my account this are the email pls sent me the password to delete them rabotoc@yahoo.com ... rabotoc@gmail.com i have two forums and both are in hackers control... pls someone delete my forums http://counter-strike.4umer.net and http://alpha-wars-extreme.forumr.net pls i beg for your help to delete them
