and this option that i trying to put on forum is rly cool
which template?
index_body : Home page

Re: Welcome Back ! Code
First of all { USERNAME} Is not php, dont know why these people call it this.
Try {S_USERNAME}, which is ne way of etting it in a proper phpbb3 installation.

Re: Welcome Back ! Code
What I'm saying is in proper PHPBB3, i host my installation and thats one of many ways. As far as I'm aware in PHPBB2 its the same. PHPBB2 templating here so should work, no harm in trying.

i try now with
still dont want to show up username

Re: Welcome Back ! Code
ok, im taking a new approach to this, after a little bit of research:
STOP editing ur template, it does not work for a welcome message!!!
Please do ~
Navigate:
Admin panel >> Display (tab) >> Homepage/generalities > Homepage message > in the LARGER box, add the stuff u want to add.
the USERNAME} code DOES work there.

I suppose that the username} code just doesn't work in the temple, I dont know why, but it just does not
The code should work everywhere in the forum (As in posts, and messages)
Why not suggest it in the suggestions section?
Nice work on the new log in section.....I might just have to find out how to do it myself :S
