confirmation codes
I have prospective members complaining about the codes being hard to read.
Can they register without the codes or make it more simplier with it.
Thanks for your help.

Re: confirmation codes
Is this a forumotion forum your talking about?
i cant seem to find any setting to enable or disable this.
And actually i do not recall ever seeing a code box upon registration for a forumotion forums? my phpbb 3 paid forum has this option but i do not see one here? dunno i might have missed it?
until I or another staff member or member can tell you ware this setting is?
(if it's an option?) i would suggest either registering them your self and have them change there pass when they log in. or telling them to refresh the page until a code comes up they can see.
in the meantime i'm going to try to find this option but do not see it so far?

Re: confirmation codes
Is it a personalized profile? I so, go to:
Admin Panel>Users & Groups>Users>Profiles:
Look for that personalized profile name, and then click on the red "x" to the right of it.

Re: confirmation codes
have your forum has automatic activation, if it has then i don't think it's possible but if you can change then do this to not show it:
-> Admin Panel ~ Users & Groups ~ user options ~ New accounts activation : User then it will not show, if you chose automatic activation then you can't remove it i think
