Age requirement

At one time I thought there was a way to make someone put there birthday when registering. Is there still an area like that and if so can someone point me to it ?

Users & groups>Users Options
Minimum user age :
Add whatever you want the minimum age to be.

Also make this setting.
Users & groups>Profiles
Click on corresponding to Birthday
Obligatory:Yes
Save

I'm in hopes of setting up a forum on my site that will be for teens only. I'll see how things develop but this is a great first step.
