HELP(SCRIPT NOT WORKING)

ok..
i got this code for a Page that can link to my own site and i made this

PAGE: http://pkmnjourney.forumotion.com/page_html.forum?mode=preview

and i want it to be like that always when someone goes into my website like
they go to the Adress bar and type

www.pkmnjourney.forumotion.com and it automatically goes into my HTML page i just did but i dont know how to do it anyone?

There is no need to post many times... and to up your post after 15 minutes (If I'm right, Sanket has already warned you )
