Topic icons disappear

When topics in my forum go to a second (or more) page, the topic icon disappears. How can I keep this from happening? See screen shot below (see 3rd topic). Thanks

Display > Pics management
Advanced mode
Icons for topics tab
Subject - Hot & New :
Check if any image is there.
