Text in ChatBox only shows half

Hi,
My friend just made a new site. When she opened the Chatbox for members to chat in. It only shows half of the text, horizontal. The members have to keep on pulling down the Chatbox to see everything. Is there a way to fix this?

Change the skin, see if that helps.

It doesnt works..

Try resynchronizing your forum :

1. Administration Panel
   
2. General tab
   
3. Forum -- Configuration
   
4. Scroll all the way down to the Resyncronizing section.

Still..doesnt works..

You can't see all the messages at once, they definitely have to pull it down a little to see most of the messages. Hope i understood your problem correctly.

Hey..when we see the shoutbox first time...
the text bar shows half................
and when we click on it..it comes full..

and come to shoutbox, you will see..

We tried that, but we had to pull it down about a page long....

As i said, you can't see all the messages at once. You can either pull the whole chatbox down or use the scroll.
