Can't Post A Sticky

I switched to a different skin and I noticed that the sticky/announcement options are gone. How can I fix this?

Right under the 'Preview and 'Save' buttons, there should be a + button to the right in the 'Options' tab. You click that and the 'Options' tab opens.

He said he doesn't see that.

I can't click on the options. Do I need to add a picture to the section like I did for pming?

Click on the + on the right side

elite1, there is a bar right under the new topic body. The bar contains the word 'Options', and if you scroll to the right of that bar, there is a + sign. Click that, and the Sticky/Announcement option will expand.

The problem is it's not there. Look:

Try resynchronizing your forum and see what that will do :

1. Administration Panel
   
2. General tab
   
3. Forum -- Configuration
   
4. Scroll all the way down to the Resynchronizing section.

Yes, I tried almost everything and it's not showing up.

Elite1, have you scrolled as far right as possible in your browser??

Thats a faulty skin, you won't see it in this one. You need to change the skin.

its not that,its bcoz of the colour of the skin (i guess)scroll a bit down,u'll find a thing named as options.on the side of it,i'll get a icon.if u dont see it,just go crazy and start clicking everywhere then,a drop-down will open,u'll find a "post topic as:"select the normal/announcement/sticky and click post,simple!

u see that options line?just see the totall right side of it and click the + button.CLICK IT!!
a drop-down list will be visible.there,see for the "post topic as"option and,problem solved!

Did you see the screenshot he posted?

sorry for many double post,but i saw!the problem was,he dint click any on the "+" icons for the options to be visible

There is no + sign on that image on the extreme right.
Even i knew that there is a + sign, but this particular skin has a known issue.

I suggest that you get a new skin, as sanket has said that that particular skin has a known issue
