Link to open a new page on new window

Dear members,
I am in need of help. I have created a picture link, its a banner ad to another website, that link is located in my forum. When i click on the banner it immediately opens up that other site and exits my forum. What i need is for that site to open up in a new window. How do i do that? I need help help, i hope this is written in the correct section.

This is my present HTML

I need it to open in a different page, a new window.
