Upgrading Empty Upgrading

I am thinking of upgrading my site to vBulletin. The only way to keep all the members, threads, posts, etc. is to have the files for my forum. Is there anyway to download (backup) my forum and have the files? If not could I pay to get these files?

I just looked it up, I see you wont give out the forum data. But what if I would pay you money for it, would you then give it to me?
