is there anyway i can edit the dns coding on a forumotion bought url?

I'm trying to set up a redirect of a forumotion bought url to a 3rd party server to set up a redirect to another forumotion forum

I.E when i type in www.southwalesrenault.net (forumotion bought url) i want to get redirected to www.swfco.net

Any help would be great as this is all way over my head and i dont have a clue.

Sorry if what i've written is garbage it seams clear in my head Smile

I think you might mean domain name not dns (google yahoo msn etc.,)
you would need to get forumotion to set that for you as a domain name
becomes fixed once bought. You could try a PM to typlo to see if it can be
done or transfered though forumotion.

My apologies I thought by the gist of his question that he was looking for a homepage redirect
not a DNS redirect Smile if forumotion
is the server what other server does he want?

Also a scripted hack would be seen as a security violation against the host provider. Confused
