Solved Cannot post stickies or alerts!

I can't seem to create stickies or alerts on my forum, even though I am the creator, can someone guide me through how to enable them or create them? Thanks, my forum is:

Edit: Ah, the icon to expand the post options on the old layout was invisible, Ive got it working now thanks.
