I cannot post annoucements or stickies

I created a new forum and I cannot mark some topics as annoucements or stickies, nor i can create them from start. The small icons only reads delete, join topics etc...

I am logged as admin, and I would like to make some topics more visible by putting them first. I cant...

Also moderation options only show that I can delete topics, move them etc, but nothing like making announcements or stickies.

To make a topic announcement or sticky edit the first post of that topic and you will find the options tab. Click on + and it will expand. there you will see the option Normal Sticky or Announcement.

I am glad that you found it. Like I said it's not in the quick mod tools.
