Members are signing up and i accept them but many have said they have not received an e-mail saying their account has been activated? Is this a fault, is there something that can be done?

We had this problem before
All your have to do for now is log on your admin page and then ok them your self if there in your list
this is what i have had to do a lot but i did think this problem was fixed before.

you may want to pm /email the new users when you have ok'ed there accounts so they know.

E-mailing them personally sounds a good idea, i think i will do that.

Thanks.

I did a test account myself and got no e-mails, checked spam folders and found nothing.

admin panel>user/groups>user options. Set new account activation to user or auto activation and hit save.

also wile your there on the left hand side in the user box click on inactive user and activate anyone who might be in there. They are members that probably did not receive a activation email too.
