First, go into your admistration panel and press Design. Doing so will lead you to the Design page. And then click the tab named Headers & Navigation. Press center and save your changes!

Actually...in the admin panel you want to click the Display tab Wink
Display>>headers and navigation>>page headers box>>Menu position.
