Can your hitskin be used for another website?

What I am asking is if I can use my hitskin them to build a shop website so it will match my forum. I don't want to just copy it without asking or obtaining permission, but am hoping it could be granted since Forumotion doesn't have a way of building a shop on our forums.

It is floral effects by Jalokim and his avatar says he/she(sorry, not sure) is in exams and I don't want to start pming.

Can anyone direct me in the right place to obtain permission?

I just need to know what platform you wish to have it on.
I'll just note it down, in my permissions book and you can have fun.
But I am not converting the style. I do not know other theme platform CSS's and how they work.
