How to put flash banner

Hot to put flash banner on forum,i have html file and swf file and code.What now?

first test the code.
then ware do you want to put it.
also is it a html code? with shock wave incorporated into it. if so it should work as long as your html is enabled. but ware do you want it. portal,widgets,homepage?

like here's a video game code. is it something like this?

i cant seem to get it to work. all i'm getting is a box without the banner.

ok hang in there my friend wait for staff or another member that's better at this. in the mean time i'll try a few other things with it to see if i can get it to work.
as far as the bottom of the page. you can do it in a widget and have the widget set in the portal at the bottom centered.. but lets see what some one else can suggest first. this is also other department that is not my best.
