User Profil Signature

Hello

some Members use a Picture and under the Picture a Text with URL to Website.
Can i change it to Mouse over Effect on the Picture that by push the Picture the URL is open.

I mean that

<a href="http://www.example.org/" target="_blank"><img src="http://fuihveiurhgreiugiurehgiu.de/hhhh.jpg" border="0" alt="" /></a>

if i use this code in admin pannel user profil signature it will not be saved,
how can i insert a signature picture with mouse over effect???

Try using BBCode when editing a profile signature on the Admin Panel.
I had to fix a user's signature from the panel and that did the trick
