Side bar thing on forums? (picture inside) Ggg10

I was wonder if anyone could show me how to get this stuff (its circled in yellow) on my page...Your gonna have to click the picture to see what im talking about.

Those are Widgets

Admin Panel>>Modules>>Widget Mangement>>Click Yes to activate it>>Then Click and Drag anything you want>>Save
