serperating topic sections? (pictures inside)

So first i went to here(yellow highlight):




Than this came up(Yellow Highlight):



I was wondering how to do this on my forum...Like spilt the two sections up.

Can you explain a little more on what you want?

On the 2nd screen shot, it has two sections.
How do you get it to split like that?

You attach another forum to that one forum.

Oh! Those are called sub-forums.

Administration Panel=>General=>Forum=>Categories and forums=>Look for suggestion section in your first screenshot and drag your mouse to the right,and you'll see an add button,click it=>full out the information,and press save,and you'll have your subforum.
