Adding a Customized Menu? Sort of Confused

Hi Forumotion. Upon looking on somebody's web page I saw an awesome idea. I wanted to add a menu to the Navigation Bar on my forum called: Guestbook. However, I am not sure how to do it. I got the idea from this forum: http://ubfunkeysandclubpenguin.webs.com/
On that forum, click Guestbook and you will see how it is layed out etc. I wanted mine to look like that but wanted to personalize it a little more. How do I do that?

I don't want their Guestbook icon though. I want my Guestbook icon to look like all the rest on my forum.

Can anybody bear me out in showing how to do it? Thanks and all your time will be appreciated!

Looks like a javascript of the guestbook. Don't know if you can have something similar.

Hey Sanket. Yes I got a code but I solved it myself. I googled a free guestbook website and got a pretty good one. But I do need a favor and you are the perfect person for that.


I need a Navigation Button that looks just like the ones you made HERE but instead has the word: Guestbook on it.
