Multiple Group Moderators?

Is this possible?

I have a group on my forum that has access to a "hidden" part of the forum. People need to apply for membership and meet a few criteria to get access.

Currently only the group moderator and admin can add people to this group.

Can I either

a) make multiple group moderators

or

b) make all people in a user group (ie moderators) have the ability to add people to the group.

Sorry, this has already been suggested and in no way possible that that is possible.
