making pictures bigger

i know how to post a picture using a code
ex.

Code:

 [img]desired URL[/img]

but i am wondering if there is a way to make an image bigger by using some kind of code or number
ex.

Code:

 [img(resolution)]desired URL[/img]

is there any way to do that?

If this doesn't work in a forum: [img=150x100]picture.jpg[/img]

This will work with images & flash (youtube etc): [flash(width,height)]url.jpg[/flash]
