Changing Back Ranks

Hi there,

A while ago I created several custom ranks on my forum and gave one member a specific rank. The person in question has now left that position and I would like to change it back to "no special rank assigned" but it won't me. Any ideas on how to fix this?

are you accessing this members' profile via the admin panel?

thinlizard, are you going right down to the bottom of the page on the member's profile? If you are, there should be admin-only fields which you can edit that member's rank and other special things. Have you also checked out this topic?
