New URL but old URL still works? Empty New URL but old URL still works?

I recently changed my forum's URL to a new one, but my new URL is lagging but my old one still works.

How come my old URL's forum still exist? & why is my new one lagging and not the old one?

PS: My internet speed has no problem at all.

When exactly did you change? If you changed it lately, its possible that it will take time.

Well, 2 days ago I changed it but the old forum still works so I changed it again this morning which is about 30 mins ago.

Is there a way to make my old forum to be deleted but not my current new forum?

Yes, just let it stay still for a while instead of changing it immediately.
