Avatar Creator (Related to Points Shop)

I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet but I think our forums should have an avatar creator; aka points shop. Where members can customize their own avatar and buy avatar clothing, accessories, etc. by using their points. The Admin can add avatar accessories or whatever they want throughout the year; He/She can split the avatar parts into folders of clothing, accessories, avatar male/female;color. Similar to points shop, but add an avatar creation. This is similar to living avatars or dream avatar if anyone has heard of it, but forumotion should add to our forums and their's an avatar creation. Hope anyone understands! Confused
