Registration Problem

I received a PM from someone trying to register for my forum. They said they're getting the message "You cannot sign up for this forum. Please contact an Administrator." I had another new member join yesterday without a problem and also went through the registration process myself to add a member for purposes of having my forum reviewed. Any ideas why the person would be getting this message? I don't have any IPs or emails blocked/banned. Thanks

That message comes when the user is underage to sign the forum or if he hasn't filled all the fields correctly.

age limit??..

ya there is age limit, but i don't know from where in admin panel to fix it.anyone else can help on it.

Try this to see if this works.....

try and make a new account your self like a test account
then if it dont let you make one its not the age limit,

you could try to make sure your site is not on holiday : by going to

**General** then scroll down to to forum >> * Configuration then make sure its set to no and then save that should have fixed your problem if not i will look over some other ways to see if its them
