Page Error - and the Smileys not working? Need help

This probably is quite common, but I couldn't find a thread to solve it.

This is what's happening:

The emoticons still seem to be NOT working...still getting 'page error' as well.

Then the control panel buttons (host an image, video link) stopped working.

Oddly enough, they're working all of a sudden.

Still...anyone know what could have caused it, and how to avoid it?

There was a new update introduced a couple of days back, it was because of that probably.
