!Chatbox help!Please see!

I wanted to ask that as you can see, in this picture, the "CHATBOX","ARCHIVES" AND LOG-IN text is invisible in the chatbox:
AND IT only be fixed by css, Please can you tell me how?

go to the Admin control Panel>>Dsplay>> Colors>>change the background colours of table row 1, 2 , 3
