Its only if you are using a customized templetes if not they you don't do anything.

Our members changed a lot in template so their forum is broken (structure) now. So I want to ask how to fix it.

How can members make changes in templates? Shocked

If at all your template is broken, the best option is to reinstall the skin.

I am running a support forum, so every member is an admin of their forum. Maybe the Staff is fixing sth, now it's ok. Our members report that the problem about phpBB2 template is solved. Thank you Sanket!
