You know where it says

Number of posts: 496 etc

Is it possible to hide the post count for all members?

There is no way of hidding it unless you change the color of the writting to your forums color.

Admin Panel>>User & Groups>>Profile>>Click on Posts>>Click the Color that matches your forum>>Save
