One of my members is showing as Unknown Empty One of my members is showing as Unknown

Hi all,

I have a forum which has around 60 members, one of my members is showing as Unknown, although he has not posted and threads he views the forum on a daily basis most of the time, this is the first time I have noticed this happen, when I click on members list he shows as the last person, normally he's near to the top on the most recent members to log in.

Any ideas?
