A question about user posts

I am pretty sure there is a way for me to make a users post count smaller, but how? I have searched the admin pannel and I cant find it anywere. I am ussually really good at website designing and creating, but this is a bit different. Please help!

most other sites will let you but we don't

Hmm thats wierd because in the FAQ of my forum it sais that if you post unnessasarily then a moderator or admin will lower your postcount.

You can delete a post if you want though

Well scince you arent a moderator, I want to make sure the information you have given me is correct. Although it probably is because of how long youve been on this forum! Wow! over 3000 posts!
