new member sign up problem can't get name (solved)

a new member sign up and put the wrong e-mail address. so he re-sign up again but now he can't get the member name he wants, it says its in use, so i have tried to change it manually. but it also tells me its already a members name, but its not in the members list. is there any way to fix that ? Also is there a way to see who has applyed but not been activated

i found how to do it took me a while for those who need to know go to top right and click Advanced parameters then go to users then inactive youll see every thing you need
