How to add the latest post

How can you add this:

srry the red box is suppose to show the last post

Last Adiconar a message, I do not understand correctly the quiz said. If you move a message to be the last, this is not possible, only if other users open new topics, and so, falling more and more.

Try changing to:
Control Panel> Display> Structure of the Hierarchy:
Below you can see:
View the title of the topic of the last message of a forum in the index: (Put "No")

If no result at all. I think change is part of the categories in the indices may change something.
