Topic Permissions

Hey guys,

Im pretty new at this so i will try explain best i can. I Created a new forum which has 3 topics, the permissions for the forum are "view and read" for members. but i would like members to be able to "write and reply" in only 1 of the topics, is this possible or do the permissions aply to the whole foum?

Those permissions apply to the entire forum...the only thing you can do is lock the topics you don't want the members posting in. If you trust your members, you could keep them open but put a reminder at the end of the post saying they may not post new messages.
