Banner Problem Empty Banner Problem

As you can see above this, The banner of the Forums of The Forums.
What I'm wondering is how can u get the banner to stretch all the way across the top? Is this a case of making it bigger in photoshop? Have a look at mine:

It comes short a good bit. Help anyone? Thanks.
