Create an account or log in?

Yes, I am trying to add a picture on the top of my forums. However, everytime I try, it gives me this.



It says I have to create an account or log in. Well I'm log in, because if I wouldn't be, I couldn't even go there. So I don't really get it. Help as soon as possible would be appreciated.

Admin panel >> Misc (tab) >> Image hosting > there should be something in the 2 boxes there.

Please inform us if there is/is not anything there.
